XQ114/6YB well servicing power tong is a medium power tong used to for coupling makeup of the sucker rod thread in oil well servicing operation. The power tong has following features: 1. The new type of hydraulic backup and main tong are combined into a combined tong. By operating the manual reversing valve on main tong, the backup tong will be clamped automatically and the tubular column will be released flexibly and reliably. 2. Application of different jaw plates for main tong and backup tong can clamp tubular column and hoop of different specifications. The jaw plate can be conveniently installed and uninstalled. 3. The two gears have great speed change difference and the speed is high under high gear and the torque is large under low gear. 4. The power tong brake mechanism and steering control mechanism are set at the upper part of power tong. They have reliable performance and can be installed, adjusted and maintained conveniently. 5. The suspension main tong and backup tong float below main tong and the backup tong hose is connected with the main tong through connector. The main tong and backup tong can be combined for use and can also be separated for transportation. 6. Torque control system can be set to display, record and control the makeup torque.
