Chinese LCD with backlight wide temperature is especially designed for the HH-LDE series intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter. With complete and practical functions, audio-visual display, optional infrared remote control menu adjustment, easy operation and more convenient use, equipped with unique conductivity measurement function, and able to identify empty pipe detection of sensor, so that the measurement accuracy is further ensured. Features: ♦ Flow measurement is free of impact of density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity, and the induced voltage signal of sensor are linearly related to the average flow velocity, and therefore the measurement accuracy is higher. ♦ Measurement pipe is free of baffles inside, so there is no additional pressure loss, and there are also no movable parts, thus the service life of sensor is extremely long. ♦ As only the lining and electrode will contact the fluid to be measured at the part of sensor, so corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance can be achieved by using reasonable electrode and lining material. ♦ As the induced voltage signal is formed in a space full of magnetic field and it’s an average value on the cross section of tube, so the straight tube section required by sensor is relatively short, about five times of the tube diameter. HH-LDE converter adopts the international most advanced MCU and surface mounting technology (CMT), with reliable performance, high accuracy, low power consumption and stable zero point, convenient parameter setting, Chinese LCD, localization display menu, full Chinese menu operation, able to display accumulated flow, instantaneous flow, velocity, flow percentage, etc., with bi-directional measurement system and able to measure positive and reverse flow. ♦ HH-LDE series electromagnetic flowmeter provides barrier-free flow measurement and can be used to measure fluid, paper pulp, mud and ore pulp flow with conductivity of larger than 5uS∕cm.
