Product Overview

The mechanism of crude oil demulsifier is the phase transfer-reverse deformation mechanism. After the demulsifier was added, phase transition occurred, which caused the emulsifier to lose its emulsifying performance and crash the interface film mechanism. Divided into demulsifiers and reverse demulsifiers.

Use

Demulsifiers can be used for demulsification and dehydration of oil extraction output fluids, as well as for desalination and washing in oil refineries.

Inverse demulsifier can be used for degreasing treatment of oily sewage.

Application Cases

This product is compounded with a variety of polyether ingredients. Depending on the composition of the crude oil, the dosing concentration is 80 to 200 ppm. It is mainly used in the platform demulsification process of Shengli Oilfield's combined stations and offshore oilfields. After the subsequent settling of the large tank, the water content of the crude oil exported below 1.0%. The annual usage of this product is about 350 tons.

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: 200L plastic drum, net weight 200 ± 1Kg.

Transportation: Covered with tarpaulin, protected from sun and rain, and avoid mixed transportation with corrosive and sharp items.

Storage: Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse, avoid mixing with corrosive items, the shelf life is 1 year.
