CI-PC96 trance oxygen analyzer is a microprocessor-based intelligent analyzer. The sensor it uses is a fuel cell oxygen sensor capable of measuring 0-25% oxygen concentration but the measurement is best under an environment with oxygen concentration of 0-1000ppm. Application fields: 1. Air separation; 2. Gas production testing; 3. Protective gas detection in semiconductor industry; 4. Protective gas detection in reflow/ wave soldering; 5. Gas detection in food production process; 6. Gas detection in petrochemical process; 7. Detection of oxygen concentration in inert gas and hydrocarbon gas. Product features: 1. A new structure of the test chamber is used to facilitate the site replacement of the sensor; 2. Over-range protection function: when the oxygen concentration is higher than the protection value, it will automatically cut off the gas circuit, so that the capability and service life of the sensor are not affected under a high oxygen concentration environment for a long time; 3. Pressure protection function: when the pressure in the test chamber exceeds the set range, it will automatically cut off the gas circuit, to prevent the sensor from being damaged because the pressure is too large or too low; 4. Pressure compensation function: it can compensate the oxygen concentration value according to the pressure in the test room to eliminate the impact of pressure on oxygen concentration tested by the sensor and ensure more accurate test and higher accuracy; 5. Temperature compensation function: it provides automatic temperature compensation to eliminate the impact of ambient temperature; 6. Automatic calibration function: it has advanced automatic calibration function which can realize automatic calibration upon the connection with external calibration equipment; 7. Alarm function: when the oxygen concentration deviates from the alarm value, the alarm will be given and the alarm switching signals are output. The alarm value can be arbitrarily set within the full scale range. Ordering instructions: 1.
