Tuning fork level switch is a new type level switch. It is composed of a signaling fork and an amplifier. At the root of the fork, there are two groups of piezo-electric crystal. One group performs to drive the fork to cause vibration as a driver and the other group performs to convert the fork strand to voltage signal as a tester. When the fork strand is restrained, the amplitude of vibrator will decrease. When the vibration frequency changes, the relay will output switch signal so as to realize the level limit measurement. The material of the sensor is 316 stainless steel that can resist light corrosion. The sensor is used for limit controller and high/ low level alarm.
