Desulfurizer (triazine)

Product Overview

This product is a triazine liquid desulfurizer, which can effectively reduce the content of hydrogen sulfide in crude oil production liquid, and has high activity and desulfurization effect. The desulfurization process is mild, contains no oxidizing components, and has no danger of explosion. The desulfurization reaction is irreversible and there is no hydrogen sulfide regeneration.

Technical Indicator

Use

The product can be thoroughly mixed with the crude oil, natural gas, refined oil or sewage to be treated, and can be filled in the gathering pipeline and mixing equipment (such as the absorption tower or the washing tower). The amount of this product is related to the total amount of hydrogen sulfide and the desired removal amount of hydrogen sulfide in the system to be treated. It can be determined by laboratory bottle test and field test.

Application Case

This product is mainly used in Shengli Oil Production Plant, Daniudi Gas Field of North China Oil and Gas Company, Hekou Oil Production Plant, Yanchang Oilfield and Changqing Oilfield. After use, the effect is obvious, which can greatly reduce the hydrogen sulfide content in the crude gas produced by the crude oil. The average annual consumption is 1,300 tons.

Packaging & Storage

Packing: 200L plastic drum, net weight 200±1Kg.
Transportation: Cover the tarpaulin, prevent sun and rain, and avoid mixing with corrosive and sharp objects.
Storage: Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse to avoid mixing with corrosive materials. The shelf life is 1 year.
