Appearance: 

Colorless transparent liquid, has a pungent odor similar to ether. Insoluble in water, Soluble in ethanol and ether. Is a non-flammable low-boiling solvent, Used to replace flammable petroleum ether, ether, etc. 

Application:

1. Medicine, pesticide intermediates

2. solvent in production of antibiotics, vitamin, film footage, aerosols

3. Foaming agent used as a blowing agent for polyurethane foams. Used for not flammability dissolved system: widely used as a paint stripper and degreaser. three cellulose acetate solvent.

4. Service as adhesives. Often sold as a main component of plastic welding adhesives.

5. Extractant. Used to decaffeinate coffee and tea as well as to prepare extracts of hops and other flavorings.

6. Used to replace F11, F12 of the same function.
