Product introduction:

It's a kind of stable particles without adhesion,  a layer of resin is uniformly coated On the outer surface of quartz sand through physical and chemical methods, than  consolidated at room temperature. This kind of resin coated sand is carried to the sand-producing part of the well by the sand carrying fluid, and then squeezed into the outside of the casing, and fill up. Under certain conditions, the resin on the sand surface softens, adheres and consolidates to form the artificial borehole wall with good permeability and high strength to prevent sand production.

The requirements of selecting well:

1. It has a certain sand setting pocket, which is larger than 15m (50ft);

2. serious leakage of wells;

3. Temporary plugging sand flushing well with serious leakage in the non-production layer of the producing formation.

Experience in project:

From the first use of well St1-1x79 on July 16, 2012 to July 2014, a total of 52 Wells were implemented, with an effective rate of 96.9% and a sand control period of more than 700 days.
