FPJ inside BOP Valve is a large pressure drop check valve. Valve seal is the arrow type valve seal, the arrow type check valve will shut down rapidly under the action of reverse circulation pressure inside of drill tools and spring force, cut off the channel within drilling tools, thus arrieved prevent a blowout purpose within drill tools. It can be reserved on the platform, or release its top open device, then install it between drill pipe and drill bit, to prevent the high pressure oil and gas spewing from the drilling tools. A special release tool makes the valve in a normally open state, could allow backflow through. This release tool is pre-installed in the float valve and the whole assembly kept ready on the platform for quick installation at the first signs of backflow when drill pipe is pulled out of the well.
