1. Housing of the projecting lamp is fabricated with die-casting aluminum alloy. Tensile strength of casting aluminum alloy is not less than 120Mpa, and its magnesium content is not more than 0.5% (mass ratio). Plane flameproof structure (Grade ⅡB) is adopted between the housing and the cover. 2. Glass cover of the projecting lamp is fabricated with tempered glass and can withstand 4J impact test. There is a protective screening outside the glass cover. 3. Connection terminal and inner foundation bolt are set inside the projecting lamp. There is a cable entry device on the housing, and cable wiring mode is applied. 4. The projecting lamp can be rotated by ±180° in horizontal direction, and the angle of elevation is adjustable within +90°~-60°. 5. The reflector is of parabolic type, featured by high reflectivity and light equalization of the illuminated surface. 6. Insulating strength of the projecting lamp can withstand AC 2000V power-frequency voltage-withstand test with duration of 1min. 7. Insulation resistance of the projecting lamp is not lower than 1.5MΩ in normal environment. 8. The projecting lamp is featured by high efficiency, long service life, good lighting effect and large illumination area. as the fourth generation light source, LED has good performance with advanced technology, and it has the following advantages: a. BT 51 series flame-proof projecting lamp (hereinafter referred to as the projecting lamp) is designed and manufactured as per the standards in Explosive Atmospheres (GB3836.1~3-2010). It is used in zone 1 and zone 2 in T1~T3 places with explosive gas mixture of Category Ⅱ Class A/B indoors and outdoors, and it is used for lighting in line of AC 50HZ/60HZ with rated voltage of 110V and 220V. Explosion-proof performance of LED BTb51 explosion-proof projecting lamp (hereinafter referred to as the projecting lamp) complies with the regulations of Explosive Atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment - General Requirements (GB3836.1-2010) and Explosive Atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment Protection by Flameproof Enclosures "d" (GB3836.2-2010). It is used in zone 1 and zone 2 in T1~T4 places with explosive gas mixture of Category Ⅱ Class A/B indoors and outdoors, and it is used for lighting in line of AC 50HZ with rated voltage of 220V.
