1. The gamma ray logging meter is used to measure natural gamma rays released from strata surrounding well hole. The instrument probe is composed of 4" sodium iodide crystals, photomultiplier tubes and a 1.6 KV high-voltage module. The series gamma logging meters are compact in design, which is mainly used in casing well production, and well logging, with high sensitivity and resolution. The instrument, when used in combination with other instruments, could be used in tracer flow survey, and gravel packing survey. 2. Applicable for: Lithology identification, depth calibration and radioactive sedimentary identification, tracer monitoring and packing survey monitoring (double gamma).
