The high pressure gate valve is applicable to drilling mud manifolds, the petrochemical industry and other industrial high pressure pipelines.We introduced an innovative valve structure and developed this type of mud gate valve after several experiments and continual design & production process improvements. Features: 1. High pressure resistance, simple structure, lightweight, well sealed, reliable, corrosion resistant, etc. ; 2. Main parts are constructed of high-strength alloy steel and reinforced through heat treatment. Anti-corrosion treatment is applied to surfaces that has direct contact with the air and medium. Special tooling and measuring tools have been designed to guarantee the quality of main parts. The valves will subject to strength tests and sealing tests before leaving the factory to ensure performance.
