JZLG series coiled tubing weight indicator refers to a kind of instrument used to indicate the injector tubing load of the coil unit. It consists of sensor, coiled tubing, and weight indicator. The sensor is applied to measure the heavy and light loads of the injector tubing of the coil unit and transfer the pressure via the pipe to the weight indicator. There are two C-shaped spring tubes inside the machine and its two-pointer load indications respectively, correspond to the light and heavy pipe loads, while the spring tube senses the the pressure change and drives the magnifying mechanism to make pointer rotate indicating the load. Before use, install the sensor on the injector and the weight indicator in the operating room of the coil unit, and connect the weight indicator and the sensor through two 50-meter-long hoses.
