Introduction of submersible direct drive screw pump technology：

The submersible direct-drive screw pump is a lifting technology that drives a downhole "submersible direct-drive motor" through a power cable, and the motor rotor directly drives the screw pump through a flexible shaft for oil recovery. It mainly consists of permanent magnet synchronous servo motor, protector, flexible shaft, screw pump, power cable, electric pump wellhead, control cabinet.

Permanent magnet synchronous motor structure:

The motor includes a stator and a rotor, and the slot shape is a tile slot, which is evenly distributed and has the same slot shape. The stator and rotor are embedded by tile-shaped rectangular parallelepiped permanent magnets, and the embedding method is arranged radially or tangentially. The length of the motor is determined according to the actual power used and the shape. The permanent magnets are NdFeB permanent magnets with a temperature resistance above 200 ° C, which can ensure the normal operation of the system.

Advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor：

1. At low speed, the motor can be started with high torque;
2. At the same speed, the direct drive motor has obvious advantages of large torque and low power compared with ordinary motors;
