Product Features

1. Intelligent oil pumping. Select the intelligent pumping control mode, the frequency converter automatically adjusts the pumping unit stroke times according to the change of the downhole fluid supply capacity.

2. Intelligent intermittent oil pumping. Select the intelligent pumping control mode, the frequency converter understands the working conditions of the oil well through self-learning, and automatically adjusts the pumping stop time and pumping time according to the downhole liquid supply capacity.

3. Suppress power generation. The frequency converter has a unique DC side voltage regulation function, which can effectively suppress the occurrence of reverse power generation, improve power efficiency, and reduce the negative impact of electrical energy feedback on the power grid.

4. Dynamic balance. Through dynamic variable speed control, the motor load can be dynamically balanced to reduce the peak current and  electrical energy loss.

5. Communication function. The serial port is reserved, and the communication protocol is open to meet the needs of group control or digital oil fields.

6. Hardware structure. The integrated design of detection, control and speed regulation unit does not require any additional sensors, controllers and braking and feedback devices.

7. Automatic bypass. When the frequency converter fails, it will automatically switch to bypass operation without affecting the well production.

Applicable conditions

1.Altitude: no more than 2000 meters. When it exceeds, the frequency converter should be reduced capacity to use.

2.Temperature range: -20℃～＋50℃. It needs to be customized beyond above temperature range.

3. Relative humidity: 20%～90%RH, no condensation.

4. Protection level: IP23 (outdoor), can also be customized according to user requirements.

5. There are no explosive and flammable dangerous materials in the surrounding medium, no gas that damages the insulation and metal, and no conductive dust.

6. Power grid voltage fluctuation ≤±10%.
