Side-open ram BOP is mainly used for controlling wellhead pressure during turnaround, fracturing and drilling. ● Small in size, light weighted and simple and compact structured. ● The ram can be replaced by simply unscrewing the side plate bolts to remove the side cover plate instead of needing disconnecting hydraulic pressure lines so as to effectively prevent hydraulic oil contamination.
