The whole skid-mounted winch is of three-compartment and fully enclosed structure, composed of power compartment, operation compartment and winch compartment. The compartment doors are sealed with sealing rubber strips, with good airtight performance. The skid body is off anti-collision frame structure, wrapped with 3 mm-thick steel plate and fitted with steel tube beam, with good anti-impact performance. The anti-collision frame is fitted with hoisting points on the top and equipped with four-leg press-fit hoisting rigging to facilitate transportation. The skid body has a compact inside layout, the system can operate flexibly and reliably and complies with the operating features on offshore platforms. Aluminum embossed sheets are adopted for floor of skid body, which is beautiful, durable and has good corrosion resistance performance. The power system of the skid-mounted winch is set in the power compartment which is coated with sound-absorbent material on its six sides. Cummins EQB180-20 engine (rated power 132KW/2200RPM) is installed in the compartment, which can meet the power demand for cable and steel wire testing operation and engine start-up. In addition, equipment like imported Rexroth hydraulic oil pump, air compressor, fuel box, hydraulic oil box, hydraulic oil cooling system, accumulator and spotlight are also installed in the compartment to provide power and lighting of the whole skid. 　　The six walls of the operation compartment are subjected to the flame retardant polyurethane foaming treatment, wrapped with stainless steel wire drawing board or plastic board. Only stainless decorations are adopted in the compartment, and the inside compartment is thermal insulated, beautiful and resistant to corrosion. The compartment is equipped with manipulation platforms, electric control boxes, overhead air conditioner, worktables, data cabinets, operating seats, variable frequency transformers, lights, etc., and the centralized control of the winch operation is carried out in the compartment. The compartment top can be raised. 　　The winch compartment is equipped with cable winch assembly, winch brake system, hydraulic upper rope arranging system, measurement system, hydraulic motor, explosion-proof lighting and explosion-proof floodlight. Motor drive or engine drive can be adopted according to users' requirements, and logging skid and well testing skid can be made. The entire skid is divided into sub-skid, explosion-proof skid, marine anti-corrosion and explosion-proof skid, etc.
