The scale of the water treatment system will seriously affect the production, and even be forced to suspend production. For example, some wells in Jianghan Oilfield have crude oil in the salt (salt), oil pipes, oil nozzles and oil storage equipment, gathering pipelines, crude oil processing equipment, etc. The mass concentration of NaCI is as high as 100 g/L, and the oil well or the oil production pipeline is salted, which makes the oil well unable to produce normally. Due to scaling problems, many sites in an oil field production plant are facing shutdowns, with annual losses of 400,000 yuan. Scaling in the formation blocks the seepage pores and affects the oil production rate and oil production rate.

HM-601 Barium and Strontium Sulfate Scale Remover works effectively on barium sulfate (BaSO4) scale and strontium sulfate (SrSO4) scale and barite mud weighting invasion pollution, which is often generated during the process of oil production, water injection and drilling activities.

Performance Features

HM-601 barium and strontium scale remover is white solid powder, non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and non-explosive, with pH ranges from 11 to 12. Application temperature ranges from 40℃ to boiling point. It has little corrosion to the oil production equipment, and has strong wettability, permeability and dispersity. It can effectively remove barium strontium scale. In the process of plugging removal, the reservoir rock framework is not damaged, and the plugging removal radius can reach between 2-5 meters. The corrosion rate for carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and red copper is less than 0.1 g/㎡•h. The ingredients do not contain H⁺、Cl^-、F^-、S^2-、SO₄^2- and PO₄^3-. There is no secondary pollution after work, and the waste liquid can directly drain into the oil field production water disposal system without flow back handling.

Application Scopes

1. It can be applied to remove barium sulfate scale and strontium sulfate scale, which deposits from injection-production zone in oil field.

2. It can be applied to remove barium strontium scale of water flooding, gas flooding, chemical flooding and invasion pollution caused by barite mud weighting agent.

Method of Application

1. Using HM-601 to conduct the scale dissolving test and the corrosion test of the corresponding material, design the blockage removal radius and the number of blockage removal layers, calculate the formation volume of the descaling, and determine the operation program based on the geological conditions of the formation.

2. For descaling barium strontium scale and barite mud weighting invasion pollution, prepare a solution with 10% HM-601 and 2% HM-703.

3. Dissolve HM-601 with water, then add HM-703, mix well. The scale removal operation can be carried out.

4. Step by step to conduct the operation.

· Make up chemical agent.

· Inject the agent to the well.

· Shut in the well for soaking 72 hours, the duration is appropriate increase or decrease according to the degree of insolubility of scale samples.

· Open well for flow.

Packaging and Storage

1. Woven bag packing, net weight 25kg/bag.

2. Keep product from moisture, water, and direct sunlight during transportation, and store in cool and dry place at room temperature.

3. The quality guarantee period of this product is 24 months.

Attention

1. If there is a lump, it does not affect the quality of the product.

2. Avoid eye and skin contact with product.

3. When the descaling agent is prepared, the pump port must be filtered to prevent the packaging and other material from entering into the wellbore.
