The shell of CI-PC95 explosion-proof trance oxygen analyzer adopts flameproof design and the explosion-proof sign of Ex element used is Exd II CT6. The shell is of an overall flameproof structure. Application fields: Widely applied in the air separation industry, such as the measurement and control of oxygen concentration in pressure swing adsorption (PSA) & nitrogen production equipment; online analysis of oxygen content in occasions with explosion-proof requirements such as nitrogen generation, chemical process, petroleum, coal and fire control or at dangerous place with combustibles Product features: 1. Overpressure protection function: when the sample gas pressure exceeds the protection range, it will automatically cut off the gas circuit, to prevent the sensor from being damaged because the pressure is too large or too low; 2. Pressure compensation function: it can eliminate the impact of pressure on the oxygen concentration test and ensure higher accuracy; 3. Over-range protection function: when the oxygen concentration is higher than the protection concentration, it will automatically cut off the gas circuit, so that the service life of the sensor is not affected under a high oxygen concentration environment for a long time; 4. Personalized test chamber: the test chamber used for analysis is designed with a new structure, which not only completely protects the test chamber gas tightness, but also allows the sensor to be replaced on site without standard gas calibration; 5.
