The DHT stirring thermostatic electric heating sleeve consists of three parts: heating system, stirring system and temperature control system. The heating system adopts internal heating mode, where the heating wire is enclosed in the glass fiber, heating produces no open fire and the heating is quick and uniform. The mixing system adopts double pulse integrated circuit, which has no pole speed regulation, starts stable, and the stirrer is not easy to be out of tune. The integrated circuit is adopted for temperature control, especially for the interference of radio waves and external voltage display meters. This model is small, easy to operate, low power consumption, no noise and long service life. It is a necessary tool for the laboratory personnel to seal the resistance wire in the insulating layer and weave a new type of energy saving heater. It has advantages including fast temperature rise, uniform heating, no open fire, energy conservation and use safety. The temperature can reach 300℃, which solves the defect that the thermostatic magnetic agitator can not reach 100℃. It caters to the different purposes of testing.
