Product Introduction

ERFS-1 sand inhibitor is a kind of high-molecular cationic polymer. The cationic group is located on the branch chain of high-molecular polymer, the number of single molecular cations is large, and the degree of cationization is high. Because the cation group is located on the side chain of the polymer chain and has a large degree of freedom of movement, it is easy to contact with sand and clay particles, and form multiple adsorption points with a number of sand and clay particles, thus connecting sand and clay particles into a larger network structure to increase the resistance to formation flow erosion, and greatly improving its ability to prevent the migration of stratum particles.

Product Advantages

There is no need to move the pipe string during construction, and the sand inhibitor can be squeezed into the sand layer from the casing, which is simple and convenient for construction.
Sand inhibitor can well inhibit formation sand, prevent formation sand from entering the wellhole, avoid pump jam, and reduce the work about sande-bailing and sand- washing;
One injection sand inhibitor can prevent formation sand production for 200-300 days.
The technology is applicable to wells with sand content less than 0.2%, which cannot produce normally due to frequent pump inspection by sand.
Generally, the sand inhibitor is prepared into a solution of 10% concentration by using water, and the amount of treatment solution per meter of oil layer is 2.0-2.5m3.
