Introduction of measurement and adjustment integration technology:
The testing and controlling system adopts the method of allocating while testing to test and allocate the flow. The flow pressure curve is monitored by ground instruments, and the nozzle size of the water injection valve is adjusted according to the real-time monitored flow curve until reaching the preset flow.
Characteristics of integrated testing and controlling technical :
1. Can be used for testing and controlling, sealing examination ;
2. Adopting concentric adjustable water distributor, the number of layers is not limited;
3. Directly reading testing data on the ground, stepless deployment.
Technical principle of integrated testing and controlling meter:
when the testing and controlling meter is put down into the well at a certain distance from the water distributor, turning on the electric positioning device to posi tion the meter to water distributor's positioning catheter, and the radial positioning device and the testing and controlling manipulator are positioned in the corresponding positioning grooves. The manipulator rotation drives the ajusting core to rotate, to control the water injection flow, and then testing the bottom hole data through a three-parameter tester and uploading in real time.
