It mainly consists of main machine, temperature measuring device, temperature control device, sensor, computer, lower computer data collection, printer and electrical interlocking device. The temperature measuring and control circuit of the vulkameter consists of self-adaption high-precision PID temperature control device, solid relay, platinum resistor and heating device. It can track the changes of external power grid and environmental temperature automatically and modify the PID parameters in real time to ensure quick and accurate temperature control. Under the support of computer database and relevant software, the data collection system stores all measured data each time and have optimization treatment of the parameters. According to the optimization scheme, the vulkameter can make sequence of all data to find out the optimal vulcanization parameters. In addition to printing the vulcanization curve in real time, it can also re-display and print the vulcanization curves and parameters before. The keys clicked by the mouse of the no-rotor vulkameter computer have the same functions with the keys on main machine panel to facilitate to users' operation. The software interface of the computer is easily to be operated. Users can accurately measure the scorch time, optimum cure time, scorch index, maximum and minimum torque. It is an ideal equipment for rubber industry to control rubber quality, have quick testing and rubber study.
