1.Working principle
The main principle is to use a high performance electromagnetic conversion device to establish a magnetic field, the magnetic field in the crude oil paraffin molecules generated a whole excitation.
a.The electromagnetic anti-paraffin device is installed on the oil flow line at the wellhead. By virtue of the magnetic conductivity of the oil pipe, sucker rod, single well oil pipeline and the medium in the pipe, it forms a magnetic field covering any fluid component within the oil pipe and the pipeline at the depth of 800-1000m;
b. Magnetic colloidal suspension effect: paraffin is a polar molecule, according to the theory of magnetic molecular arrangement orientation, after magnetic treatment, paraffin wax particles under the action of induced magnetic field, asphaltenes, colloid, paraffin molecular electron spin in quantity increases, the trajectory change (Larmor precession), the intermolecular forces are disturbed and no longer arrange according to the original rules, forming a colloidal suspension state, and inhibit the growth of the wax crystal to slow down the paraffin crystallization process, and achieve the purpose of paraffin prevention.
c.Hydrogen bond variation effect: it can break the hydrogen bond of paraffin under the action of a certain strength magnetic field, change the bond Angle or bond strength of crude oil components, make it difficult to form a skeleton, destroy the aggregation between macromolecules and wax crystals, make it difficult to assemble, and achieve the purpose of paraffin prevention.
2.Main features and advantages:
a. Compared with conventional anti-paraffin technology (mechanical, dosing and electric heating), it has the characteristics of low cost, easy installation, less power consumption and less maintenance;
