The portable cement strength tester produced by Applied Technology Research Institute of Shenyang Aerospace University is an automatic uniform loading pressure tester. It is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the specification 10A of API and GB 10238-2005 standard and mainly used to measure the compressive strength of oil well cement. Measurement method: apply force on oil well cement sample at constant speed till the sample is crushed. The measured load (the force per unit area) at the time of crushing of oil well cement sample is the compressive strength of oil well cement. The cement strength tester adopts PLC as the main controller. PID classical control technique is used to control electro-hydraulic proportional valve, so that the pressure tester is able to apply force on samples at a constant speed.
