WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type three-pass wet back oil/gas boiler. The operation of the boiler is automated. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, the torch formed is filled in the full-waveform furnace and transmits the radiant heat through the furnace wall. This is the first return journey. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion will converge in the recirculation chamber and turn into the second return stroke, that is, the threaded smoke tube bundle area. After convection heat exchange, the temperature of the flue gas will gradually decrease and then reach the front smoke box. Box out of the boiler body enters the economizer and condenser set on the top of the furnace. The three-pass boiler flue gas is diverted from the front smoke box to the third return, that is, the light pipe tube zone, then enters the economizer and condenser through the rear smoke box, and finally flows into The chimney is discharged into the atmosphere.
