Product Information

The cement shrinkage expansion analyzer produced by the Applied Technology Research Institute of Shenyang Aerospace is used to measure the slurry shrinkage expansion via the movement of the displacement sensor driven by the piston in the kettle body. The displacement sensor adopts the world-leading LVDT sensor technology, which makes the whole system completely enclosed in high pressure environment, so that the system sealing characteristics are improved, and at the same time the accuracy of the measurement is ensured; the accurate PID control technology is used to automatically control the temperature and pressure, ensuring that the system can measure the cement shrinkage expansion at constant temperature and pressure. The whole process is without pulse. Functional Characteristics The maximum shrinkage of cement 16% (32ml) maximum expansion is measured continuously to be 10% (20 mL) at a high temperature (up to 200°C/392°F) and a high pressure (up to 69 MPa/10,000 PSI); A programmable temperature controller is used for programmable automatic temperature control and acquisition and processing of pressure displacement; Constant pressure automatic control or manual control are available; Slurry/mud samples and water media are completely isolated with rubber diaphragms; A LABVIEW (virtual instrument) for data collection and processing is adopted to ensure curve real-time display, save, and printing, zero calibration, and other functions.
