DZ3600 Carbon Black Dispersity Detector is mainly devided into two series: DZ3600-1 is specific to pigment or carbon black dispersion in polyolefin piping, pipe fitting and mix ingredients; DZ3600-2 is specific to the evaluation of carbon black and carbon black silicon dioxide dispersion in rubber. 

This instrument is adaptive to softwares based on DZ3600 and corresponding microscopes. By measuring the dimension, form and dispersion situation of the carbon black particle groups, internal connections between those parameters and macroscopic performance indexes including mechanical property, antistatic property and moisture absorption property. DZ3600 has a positive impact on the quality assurance, production technology and new product research & development of plastic and rubber materials and also helps to promote the rapid advancement of technology for the enterprises and industry.
