TPB series Hydraulic injection pump adopts the principle of the hydraulic transmission, convertes the high-speed rotating mechanical energy of the motor  into the pressure energy of hydraulic oil through a constant power variable oil pump (or manual variable pump), and then convertes directly the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil into the pressure energy of the working fluid through the hydraulic oscillator, thereby changing the traditional mechanical transmission chain, reducing mechanical transmission links , realizing the high efficiency transmission of energy.

The main advantages of hydraulic pumps
1. Strong self-priming ability: when pumping over the plugging agent currently applicable, even if the liquid level is lower than the pump inlet, it can still work normally without using the feed pump.

2.Low shear rate for plugging agent： the mechanical reciprocating pump can reach 100-200 frequency of strokes per minute, and the maximum frequency of stroke of the pump is only 22 times; the linear velocity of the working piston is low; the frequency of the suction and discharge valve is Low; therefore, the shear rate for the plugging agent is small (≤2%, and the shear rate of the mechanical pump is up to 30-40%), thereby effectively protecting the performance of the plugging agent.

3. Reasonably protect the oil layer: The displacement changes with the change of bottom hole pressure (inverse proportion), and the oil layer can be reasonably protected.
4. Long service life for wearing parts: Due to less frequency of stroke, the service life of the piston, cylinder liner, valve body, valve seat and piston rod at the hydraulic end is five to ten times than the traditional mechanical reciprocating pump.

5. Energy saving: Compared with the mechanical reciprocating pump, the equipped motor has a small power and has a significant energy saving effect.

6, pump valve plugged rate is low: There will be no blockage as long as without large foreign body in the slurry, ensure operation to run smoothly, thus various plugging agents can be used with this pump, such as three-phase foam, CSE - 1 G grade oil well cement, sawdust, bentonite, sludge, polyacrylamide, sodium silicate, fly ash, elm bark powder, all with plugging agent.

Injection parameter requirements:

Ø Adopts medium and small injection displacement to reduce the pollution degree of medium and low permeability layer；

Ø Use long plunger injection pump to reduce the shear of plugging agent and ensure the strength of the plugging agent;

Ø The application of frequency conversion injection equipment, the displacement can be adjusted to 2.5-10m3 / h, to protect the medium and low permeability layer；
