Product Introduction
When the oil well is in normal operation, it relies on the downhole lift power to transport the liquid of the oil well itself as a medium to the heating furnace. After heating, feed the hot body into the annular space between tubing and casing to form a closed loop channel to heat well flushing.the superconducting technology is used to control the heating step by step, and gradually melt the accumulated wax on the downhole tubing and sucker rod, so as to achieve the purpose of thoroughly cleaning the oil well.
Product Advantages
For non-stop production wells, the flushing fluid is taken from the original well fluids of the production wells, which does not pollute the formation, the stop production wells can be cleaned through a 5.1 square storage buffer tank.
1 There is no drainage period after the well is washed, to ensure stable production.
2 No need to pull water and oil to wash wells.
3 The temperature is high, and the well can even be steam washed, however, the temperature using the boiler car for well washing can not exceed 100 ℃.
4 The product has the function of automatic reagent feeding, which can add the cleaning and anti-wax agent to the oil well during or after the well washing to prolong the well washing period.
