The HM-200 ferrous / Iron sulfide scale neutral complexing cleaning agent does not contain inorganic acid, organic acid or hydrogen ions (H + ), neither produces hydrogen sulfide gas throughout the cleaning process During cleaning ferrous sulfide,the complexing ability of Fe2+,Fe3+,s^2·,Ca2+,Mg2+ reaches between 20000-30000 ppm.The agent neither corrode the metal substrate of the equipment,nor cause hydrogen sulfide solution to generate corrosion to the equipment.Furthen nore,using our product can prevent the ferrous sulfide residue causing explosion when contacting air,as well as hydrogen sulfide gas poisoning accident.

Features

The HM-200 neutral complexing cleaning agent is a translucent powder, pH 5.0-6.5, non-toxic,odorless, non-flammable. The application temperature ranges from room temperature to 90· c .The product efficiently removes ferrous sulfide scale, The corrosion rate for carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and aluminum is less than 0.5 g /(㎡.h), which is far below the corrosion rat ≤6g/(㎡· h) in HG/T2387-2007 Quality Standard of Chemical Cleaning of Industrial Equipment. A protection layer is formed on the surfaces of the cleaned equipment without needing neutralization, rinse or passivation treatment. It is safe and reliable, not poisonous or dangerous, and its waste liquid does not need neutral treatment, and is not pollutant to the environment.

Our neutral complexing cleaning agent product used on oilfield machine production wells can greatly economize water, electricity, labor, and processing time. It is also a safe, environmental friendly descaling product.

Application Scopes

1. Removing ferrous sulfide scale of petroleum and chemical industry production.

2. Removing ferrous sulfide scale of the full system of low temperature methanol washing device.

3. Removing ferrous sulfide scale when under the condition of low temperature methanol washing system equipment without temperature rebound, and m1der low temperature (- 50 ℃) .

Method of Application

1.Prepare a 5-8% solution of the HM-200 product and circulate the solution for 24-48h.

2. Use HM-200 for corrosion test of scale and corresponding materials → measure the volume of the equipment to be cleaned → prepare cleaning liquid → inject into the system to be cleaned for cyclic cleaning → discharge cleaning waste liquid → flush with water → check and accept.

Notices

1.Prior to descaling, open vents on the top of the equipment.

2. Keep the agent away from eyes and mouth.

Packing  and Storage

1. Packed in plastic woven bag, net weight 25kg/bag.

2. If agglomeration forms, breaking it up does not affect the quality of the product.

3. Store under room temperature, in a cool and dry.

4. The validity of this product is two years.
