D. Oven

Oven is one of the important equipment in paint spraying and powder coating production line. Its temperature uniformity is an important index to ensure the coating quality. The heating methods of the oven include: radiation type, hot air circulation type and radiation + hot air circulation type. According to the production procedure, it can be divided into single chamber type and straight through type. The equipment is of straight through type and bridge type.

E. Heat source system

Hot air circulation is a common heating method. It uses the convection principle to heat the oven to dry and solidify the workpiece. The heat source can be selected according to the specific requirements of users: electricity, steam, gas or oil. The heat source oven can be determined according to the condition of the oven: on the top, bottom and side.

F. Electronic control system

The electric control of spray painting line and powder spray line includes centralized control and single row control.

G. Chain suspension conveying system

The suspension conveyor is the conveying system of the industrial assembly line and coating line, mainly including the stacking suspension conveying system, the automatic electric hoist conveying system, the suspension powder spraying conveying system and the common suspension conveying system.
