The tubing anchor with the tubing down well after pumping, the inner tube pressure increases, the hydraulic pressure from the inner tube into an anular space which is formed by the seal tube and the inner tube, so that the seal tube produces upward thrust. When the thrust is greater than the pi tolerance, the pin is cut off, the seal tube goes up, the distance between the cone and the seal tube is shortened, the slips are anchored on the sleeve under the action of the cone so that the tubular column is anchored. When the tubing lifts, the inner tubes rotates becase of the rotation of the tubing; on the contrary,the cone does not rorate under the effect of slip; so that the relative movement between the cone and the inner tube is generated. Under the hydraulic pressure of the inner tube leaves the lower joint to make sure the connection of the inner cylinder and the casing, so as to achieve the oil drain. After the oil drain, the pressure balance between the tubing and casing is achieved, the seal cylinder n longer goes up, the slip leaves the casing to recover, and the anchor is released, so that tubing can be lifted smoothly.
